Need help with TanPilot? Email support for UV data issues, subscription questions, app troubleshooting, privacy requests, or safety-related feedback.

UV data

If UV appears stale, unavailable, or suspicious during daylight, TanPilot should show the state clearly and avoid calculating from bad data.

Subscriptions

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We can help identify the plan and point you to the right store controls.

Safety

Burn-risk and tanning guidance are estimates. For medical concerns, medication photosensitivity, or serious sunburn, contact a clinician.

What to include in a support email

  • The app version and platform: iOS, Android, or website.
  • The location or UV page where you saw the issue, without sharing more precise location than needed.
  • A screenshot if the forecast, subscription, or reminder state looks wrong.
  • Whether you recently changed location permission, notifications, HealthKit, or Health Connect settings.
